My coaching practice is founded on the belief that we are all born with infinite potential and, at times, we need others to guide and support us in unlocking that potential.

My approach to coaching is grounded in my core values of respect, trust, fairness, courage, helping others, and family. I create a safe environment for my clients to explore their challenges, develop self-awareness and insights, set goals, and take decisive action.

Each leadership development journey is unique, and the client is both the owner and designer of that journey. My role as coach is to guide and support you by using powerful questions and appropriate coaching tools and techniques. Having navigated significant career and personal challenges, I bring authentic understanding to my clients’ journeys.

My leadership expertise is complemented by formal education, including Advanced High Performance Leadership (IMD, Switzerland), a Degree in Business Management (DUT, South Africa) and an Executive and Management Coaching qualification (UCT).
